Okay, my friend said my hair wasn't really red and that she couldn't notice it. So maybe I am over reacting, but to me, my hair is red...or at the very least, redish. 
My hair doesn't look totally red in this picture, but if you look at a large version of this picture, and look at my bangs and the top of my head, my hair is red.
